Your points balance will be topped up each month. These points can be used to book experiences on the ZenDays platform. You’ll then receive a booking confirmation in your email inbox, which you’ll need to show at the venue (if applicable). It’s that easy!

If you still have points left over at the end of the month, do not worry. Your points balance will roll over each month up to a maximum of 200 points.

Whether you run out of points or would just like to book something a little extra special, you can always top-up your points balance manually if you need. Select “Top Up” from the “My Account” section to purchase more.

Sharing is caring, and at ZenDays we try to ensure that all users get maximum enjoyment from our service. For that reason, we encourage our members to share experiences with friends and family at their discretion. We only ask that they present valid ID at the venue. We reserve the right to contact you if we require more information regarding additional party members for specific experiences.

You can cancel your account at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan is easy. Simply head over to the “My Account” section and select the option “Change Plan”. Your changes will take effect from the following month.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience for whatever reason, please contact our support team via the “Contact Us” section. We’ll be happy to talk through any issues you may have. In some cases we may refund points to your account, but we do not offer refunds on membership fees.
